Thank you for reaching out to us with questions and concerns. Yes this kit will replace the most wearable parts that need to be replaced in order to restore a vehicles front end. The Suspension and Steering parts in this kit can bring alignment back to what it should be. As long as your 1965 Mustang has a V8 and does not have Power Steering, then this should fit just fine.
